Hi Brian,

I thought it might be appreciated if I reported back on the installation and findings regarding the windows and slider installation done a couple of weeks ago.

The experience was flawless. John and his son arrived promptly both days, especially in consideration of the fact that I had to be out of the house by noon on the second day. They were friendly and courteous, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly explained the operation and features of the windows and slider.

We’re happy with the appearance and function of the products, but are especially cognizant of the benefits. Outside noises are dulled considerably. The Attleboro train station is about 3 or 4 hundred yards from the slider. We always could hear the trains arriving, the Acela as it speeds through the area at around 100 mph, and the idling of trains overnight. Now we are hardly, if at all aware of any of that. , a couple of hundred feet away. We have lots of truck and emergency vehicle activity daily, and hardly hear the sirens anymore. In fact, the plow came a couple of nights ago to do our lot at about 3am. I happen to be up and looking out, so I saw them. Susan didn’t even hear them, and they have always awakened her previously.

Susan has started noticing that the bedroom is too warm at the present thermostat setting, so we drop it a degree or two. I notice that when I open the vertical blinds at the slider, I no longer get that little puff of cold air that had previously built up between the blinds and the slider. My recliner is a couple of feet away from the slider and “my spot” is a bit warmer. I never felt a draft before, but the old slider didn’t insulate as well so the area a couple of feet from the slider was a tad cooler than a few feet farther away where the sofa is. Now it isn’t like that.

Dealing with Jess and the others I dealt with in the office was excellent. They were attentive and responsive to my inquiries. If I left a message they got back to me in a timely fashion.

So my dealings with Bruin earn 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, or 10 out of 10. But, it was like that when you installed windows on my Bank Street 3 family back in the mid 80’s.

It is far too often these days and times that people as a whole seem to be ever so eager to let employers know when the employees that they have working for them don’t do things right or better still when they are disappointed with a job that has been completed. I write to you today in reference to a four season room with a six foot deck attached that I am having put on to the back of my home. The weather has been less than cooperative for the workers of your Bruin establishment, but they seem to show up even it’s very cold. I wanted to write to you personally to let you know what I think of the men that you have working for you. I have met Gregg and his crew which consist of Dan and Victor. These men are a great bunch of workers. They always showed up with a smile and a good morning. They are very polite and have always had an answer to my many questions. They also always got right to work. I never saw any fooling around. They all got along so well, talked and laughed all the while of hard work. It has been a pleasure having them work on my home. I was home often while they were all here working and I must say it was a real joy for me.

It is not easy to find good employees today as I am sure you already know being a business owner. I hope that you will take time to speak to these men, for they do your company a great justice, and you should be proud.
