These men are a great bunch of workers. They always showed up with a smile and a good morning. They are very polite and have always had an answer to my many questions. They also always got right to work. I never saw any fooling around. They all got along so well, talked and laughed all the while of hard work. It has been a pleasure having them work on my home. I was home often while they were all here working and I must say it was a real joy for me. It is not easy to find good employees today as I am sure you already know being a business owner. On the first evening, with only part of the insulation project finished, we could feel the difference in our home. The coffee cups in our kitchen cupboard no longer need to be microwaved before the first cup of coffee in the morning! The workmanship and professionalism of Larry and his helper were outstanding. From the clear and detailed explanation of the work, to the clean-up, and attention to every detail of the job, Larry was wonderful. He went above and beyond our expectations by finding the exterior paint for the house and touching up the shingles and clapboards removed during the insulation project. The clean-up on the inside and outside of our home was so thorough that if it weren’t for those room temperature coffee cups and the boiler kicking on half as much, we would never know Bruin had been here that first day. We will not hesitate to recommend you and your company to friends, family, and neighbors who are looking for any number of home improvement projects. The initial contact and follow-up with your office staff was excellent. Our meeting with you was informative and inspired confidence.
